Packed up smoking a month ago so I miss carrying the zippo.

People would always pass comment if they asked for a light.

I had the Wayfarers, three zippos and an ashtray. Sold two of the Zippos, new and sealed, a couple of years ago on ebay and they both fetched a very good price. Still have my tarnished personal one.

Anyone else remember the Marlboro girls that used to go round bars in the early 90s? Dressed as cowgirls they gave you a free pack of Lights in exchange for your address details for promos.

I also had a really nice 1932 replica Zippo bought new around 1990 - sadly knicked in a break in of my student flat.

Call me old fashioned, but I'm not too keen on the Zippo logo being painted on the top like that, juat a subtle ingraving at the bottom should suffice.

I used to be the same, but I have changed my mind a bit. I like the way the different positioning of the logo denotes the style and age. Plus it looks good in my pictures in the OP

Not showing off but I have a Dunhill Rollagas and I've never even had a drag of a cigarette, they just feel so nice in the hand. Some of those Zippos are very nice too.

I have two one is smaller that the normal zippo both from 1940s WW2 passed on from my granddad.
