'International Men's Day' is today - did you know?

My employer did something once, but not much. Then they dropped it (but kept International Women's Day). Then the money ran out and they dropped that too.

I've never been in favour of specific days for something because it feels like it's arbitrary and not important on the other 364 days.

I have to ask, why do you continue to sign your posts with an abbreviation for a made-up name? It's very odd and doesn't make sense. Suicide rates are much higher in men than in woman and women don't get sent to fight in wars.

You need to get over whatever happened to you in the past. This level of bitterness is only hurting you at this point.

I agree it seems odd on a forum...but then why do we consider it polite in email? They can see your email name right there if you're using a modern email system. Humans are odd things.
