The driver I was stuck behind for a few miles yesterday - FFS you're only doing 28mph in a 50 limit, why the fk are you braking for a speed camera ?

Easter.
It's a stupid holiday.

Tonsils.
I know, I'll just hang about in your throat, not really adding anything to the party, maybe get infected at the precise moment when all the doctors & chemists shut up shop for Easter.

Fat women in tight jeans or leggings. Do they really think it looks good?
Over-filled leggings are truly one of life's delights.

Sausages are also one of life's delights. But I wouldn't want to meet a pack of Butchers' Finest walking down the High Street...

This really only came to me last night - why do the names of so many diesel cars always include an "i"? It's not as if you can have a diesel engine that doesn't have fuel injection?

It was mainly the fact that I couldn't get hold of penicillin to sort out my raging infection, which meant I missed my daughters 4th birthday yesterday and due to the fact that I didn't pay attention at school I'm also working today.
Generally a "woe is me, FML, everyone feel sorry for me" type of post that I normally despise.
Having said that the house is full of chocolate & pulled pork leftover from yesterday's party so it's not all bad.

My Fitbit buzzing to remind me to take some exercise just as I was in the middle of doing some mains wiring. Scared the st out of me.

Oh, and annoyed me beyond reason. Obviously. smile

Yes, also when I used to consider buying spark plugs from Halfords, except that they sold the plugs for my 5-cylinder Audi in packs of four.

Or, a missing ", is it" just before them.

There is an upside to 5-cylinder cars. Last major service Ford only charged me for 4 spark plugs. smile

The sheer thoughtlessness behind this message

On a more positive note, the description of this person in the post where I saw it as a 'hoofwangling bungle' biggrin

OP's of threads who never return to the thread they started ,especially if they asked a question and get good answers and advice.

A simple "thank you for your answers" is better than nothing.

Good manners cost nothing.

What thoughtlessness? It's not like they stopped the paramedic to demand an answer, they emailed in later. Seems a reasonable question - perhaps it wouldn't have been life threatening to park three feet further back?

Using The Who's "The Seeker" for an advert on telly.

Just as it ends the next line is:

I WON'T GET TO GET WHAT I'M AFTER UNTIL THE DAY I DIE

Morons! If I get to enjoy your product I'm going to die! No thanks.
