Where I've been volunteering, every Friday is 'Fat Friday', when a chip run is made to the local chippy and for half an hour at lunchtime everyone pigs themselves silly: doctors, nurses, pharmacists, everyone. Almost every day we've had grateful patients bringing in trays and boxes of cakes, cookies and chocolates; it's been like that since February.

I posted it on Friday. If you look at the comments on Facebook you'll see it's actually owned by a company that claim they do blue light work for the NHS.
