Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser ... a machine purely for making hot chocolate (and the sachets for it are £1.20 a pop, sold in boxes of 10)

But crikey it’s immense - the salted caramel hot choc is sublime as is the 70% nicuraguan!
I was looking at one of them the other day, £100 for a fancy hot choc maker is rather a lot though... You can buy the jars of choc rather than the sachets and also just grate down their own choc bars smile

Still undecided
The jars are even more frivolous at £9 each due to the amount you need to use (6 heaped spoons per drink) ... the machine is £90 or £100 for the starter kit with 20 sachets, 2 mugs and a reusable fabric bag smile

Go for it, it’s ace (and super frivolous!)
Very tempted by this but it’s certainly an expensive homemade hot chocolate.

The chap I got them from said for around £25 he can install a remote so you can go through the correct light change sequence at the touch of a button. They are currently just all on or off.

Where did you get them from please?

Currently I am trying to resist the temptation of a 128GB USB3 flash drive for £13.99 on 7dayshop.

I literally have no need of this - I have loads of flash drives that I never use, including two 64GB ones.

Here's a link so that people can share my pain.

If you fancy a bit of a challenge and and are handy with breadboarding (PCB design) you can design yourself an SN7400 Logic gate series using combinational logic which will generate the traffic light sequence automatically. Clock it with a simple 555 timer and use relays to drive the outputs. I remember making this about 28 years ago during my electronics apprenticeship!

Or you could just use a Raspberry Pi and do it in software. smile

I have a Tumi laptop bag, and a small backpack, both leather. The price is ridiculous, but they just last forever, no matter how much you throw them about.

Arduino would be better as it doesn’t need to boot an operating system.

These....

As well as five pairs of Adidas Dragons.

Doubt I’ll wear any of them as I hate getting trainers dirty.

I've done the same (for my Mrs, not yours!).

Bitter pill slightly ameliorated by the boots advantage card my mum has - £80 of points she's converted into £70 cash.

It had better be a bow job only rivaled by my newly grateful OH!

Sorry chap! It was a one weekend deal I believe, week before last.

I managed to get the last complete box anywhere near me.
