I’m assuming that whoever used cahonas was going for cojones, (vulgar Spanish for testicles).
I’ve seen cajones used, which means drawers, (furniture), in Spanish, or depending on the context, the poster could have meant kahuna, an Hawaiian word for a wise man, or person in charge.
e.g. he’s the big kahuna.
