Ahead of tomorrow mornings draw I made some enquiries as to resellers expecting to have o/w 97s from tomorrow's drop, one is and has a price of £995 for them.

Chances of winning are slim to none however I can't justify 5 times the retail

I reckon once they're out tomorrow that price will drop to £600 - £700.

I'm still gonna try and so is my wife!

At 600 I will order however over that I don't know if I can justify. I have my other half, step daughter, Mam, 2 mates and 2 workmates all ready to enter 😂

Will those 97s really be worth a grand??? Wait 6 months if they sit at £1k and wait for them to fall once the next hype thing takes over. And if they don’t fall will you actually still like them to pay £1k. If so good for you, I bet most people will have moved on

They'll be high now because they're not out yet, as soon as they release they'll drop and in time they'll climb up a bit as everyone who sells fast is done trading and supply dries up a bit.

I won't pay resale, but I'm definitely going to try and get them tomorrow from Nike.

pps - IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY - Pompidou Centre was the building that inspired the Air Max 1.

What are the Prestos at the minute? Just checked, last sale £450 on StockX as the immediate hype has died. They may climb, and they would have done if off white wasn’t getting rinsed to death. I honestly can’t see these being a long term classic like the OG J1 or OG Presto
