It was still there when I last looked.
Best avoided, unless you want to get plastered, Nij. rolleyes
I normally pay a tradesman to do it for me but I do manage to get half cut once in a while!

Time for the Seasonal TT Bucket List?

I'd like to:

Cross the Atlantic by sea
Fly in a (two seat) Spitfire
Drive a real Cobra

That'll do for starters.
I'd like to :

Teach the world to sing.

Own a Lamborghini or Citroen SM (in perfect harmony, naturally).

Be able to stop daydreaming,

Get rid of my pot belly.

Own a Lamborghini.

Stop giving in to the midnight munchies.

Do the Lamborghini / Maserati / Ferrari factory & museum tours.

Learn to fly.

Own a Lamborghini.

Did I mention I'd like to own a Lam....... oh never mind!

My old GP was a pro diver, he was a qualified PADI instructor, I believe he was the only tri-gas qualified GP in England, he is also an MBE!!!

The thought has definitely crossed my mind, bounced off the sides a few times and crossed back again. More than I'd ever dare admit on a public car forum. Mum's the word and all that... whistle

ETA : I wasn't aware that Lamborghini made P5Bs, I thought they came from Solihull, not Northern Italy! Sorry, couldn't resist....

No, but it sounds so epically exotic that I must have one. At once you hear, at once!

So long as it looks a bit more exotic than the Lamborghini Pajama It'll be fine...

I haven't really considered adding to my bucket list.

I already have four buckets, and owning any more would just be plain greedy.

If it's as yet unfulfilled fantasies, I always fancied a foursome with Anne Widdecombe, Tessa Sanderson & Fatima Whitbread.
But I'm probably too old for that kind of excitement nowadays.

Things I have ticked off my list are, in roughly chronological order:
1. Doing aerobatics at the controls of a DH Chipmunk trainer for 45 mins.
2. Gazing awestruck at the beauty and majesty of Mt. Everest in the pink light of pre-dawn from Kathmandu Airport, and then flying in the Himalayas past K2.
3. Being paid to spend several weeks in Hong Kong back in 1973 when it was a cheap and amazing place to be. Worked hard, but had some great times and experiences.
4. Being present at the births of my three children.
5. Watching the Jaguars triumph at Le Mans in 1988: - what a fantastic exciting close race that was.
6. Tandem Paragliding from the summit of Mt Babadağ nr Olü Deniz in Turkey many many times.
7. Visiting Ephesus: just WOW!
8. Driving laps of Spa Francorchamps, Le Mans, and Nürburgring in my TVRs.
9. Driving the Andermatt Loop in Switzerland, topless on a glorious day with a large group of other TVRs, plus all of the other S Club Eurotours. A great bunch of people.
10. Cruising the Norwegian Fjords: Stunning!
11. Cruising the Mediterranean with a large party of friends, and family. and getting my daughter and S-i-L married on board by the Captain.
12. Being blessed with three healthy wonderful grandkids.
cloud9
I really can't think of much more to add that would top all or any of those. smile

I knew a bloke who had four cylinders but they were spread across the kitchen table from 1947 until 1998 when he died. It was okay, he and his wife always ate in the dining room.

Well, it's still cold, and we still don't have sufficient heating, and despite continued reassurances that it's being finished off and commissioned this week, I still don't believe them!!! frown
