I expect the windows (and possibly the occupant's head) to implode as soon as the jet is fired up. Those things need a LOT of intake air.

Of course. Most hateful part of shopping here.

On a similar note, I've been to the climbing gym twice.

Naturally, I went and bought this:

And these:

Ok, two of the latter, one for each foot.
Where did you get these from? I'm tired of renting my stuff every time I go.
In my case, REI, in Englewood.

I love Bass Pro Shops, aisles of various weapons to kill things, followed by an equivalent number of aisles containing contraptions to cook them with. Ammunition aisle reminds me of being a child at the penny mix counter. It is definitely a different world over this side of the pond….shoot

They must have hundreds of different handguns, dozens of glocks in a glass cabinet, it's nuts!

For the last few months, I've only really used my bike for the very short local journeys I need to do. Half the time I could just walk.

Natually, I therefore need these for £75:

Totally necessary (plus pedals of course).

That's what was puzzling me... Where IS the air intake? confused

The Mini was a leaving present from work. Felt it required another Lego model to keep it company, hence the VW Camper. Frivolous but a very nice Lego model with some excellent attention to detail. I recommend either for Lego/car enthusiasts.

Digger - is that a hint at what you do for a living?

I've noticed that all the guys "on the tools" that I work with have all got a permanent hankering for a more effeminate coffee. You hear it in the yard in the mornings - "Dave, I'm going the coffee shop, what do ya want,ya c**t?", followed by "Get me and Steve a fackin' tall skinny latte. Extra sugar and chocolate sprinkle. Got that? A fackin' tall skinny LATTE!" It amuses all the girls in the office that such masculine "blokes" blokes are in to such drinks...

I remember when it was a teabag in a mug left to stew for 20 minutes, a splash of UHT milk and away you go...

(Not a dig, by the way, just an amusing observation!)

Or instead, a good espresso machine with a steam wand?

£50 with a couple of spare batteries, spare blades and water cannon...
Okay... now I really want one! biggrin
I want one too along with the dart launcher. Might have to order one on payday next week.
Update:

This is a complete giggle. Lot of fun and the GF likes it too. Not very good at it yet, you camera and water cannon have yet to be played with. Defo recommend.
