After hours of showers yesterday, it has rained all night on the Suffolk/Norfolk border. No doubt, roads around the village will be flooded once again.

I'm in north Suffolk near the Norfolk border and I agree the rain has been relentless. Roads full of standing water and massive puddles this morning on the rural country lanes. ![frown](/inc/images/frown.gif)

No one planning to use Gatwick today were they? You might need to pack a dinghy for part of your journey there.

Wow... https://twitter.com/SussexRoadsPol/status/12079680...Picked and chose my routes earlier (Warwickshire) to avoid known trouble spots. Pleasantly surprised with how well everything is going.

I'm consoling myself this is just a precursor to a pleasant spring, followed by a long warm summer, with occasional light nocturnal showers.
