Haven’t read much of this thread but I have a query about Yeezys. My Ultraboost are on their way out and I fancy a pair of Yeezy V2 Cinder as a replacement.

How do I even go about getting a pair? I fear eBay is a minefield of reboxed fakes with nice looking receipts (but I do have a 15% off voucher).

Looking for a pair of new in box.. size 10 - 10.5.. any advice on where to look? Or what to look out for re fakes?

Thanks for the tip! Not a whole lot left in my clown feet size (12) but just picked up these, for a modest saving smile :

Could always try StockX, can't comment for eBay. I've been quite fortunate with my Yeezys and won quite a few raffles, directly on the Adidas app. You could always wait for another release?

Not bought any Pumas for a while so got these...

Bargain at £52 with a code. Comes in other colours. There's a nice green pair which I'll get too if I like the yellow ones, in hand.
From where?
Tempted....

Ultraboost DNA Parley arrived yesterday.

Goes completely against my opinion on white boost, or white trainers in general, but they were too nice to ignore plus discount sweetened the deal.

I nearly got some of them but I absolutely do not need anymore white trainers.

Love the parley ultraboost very nice!
Really like the Parley idea also!

Took a pic of my running shoes this morning for the running thread, might be of interest to some on here.

Nice collection. If not mistaken, are those Adidas Glide boost I see in there? Just curious do you run in those and how do you rate them? Sizing-wise are they similar to the Brooks? (I think that's Brooks I see there too)
I've posted on the running thread recently as I'm trying to get back into it gradually but I also have a general weakness with trainers..any excuse to buy a pair has left me with 8/9 pairs of running shoes though only rotate 4. Add to that another 30 odd pairs of casual trainers including Ultraboosts, Pureboosts, NMD's and some random Nike's and NB's. I've bought 3 pairs of runners this year so far and none for casual use so being highly disciplined so far (excluding the Saucony OG's I bought) wink

The red ones are solar boost yeah, decent recovery day shoe, very good grip, firm but not uncomfortable underfoot. I paid £65 for mine and would say they are good value coming up for 90 miles use and the outsole has no wear. I have done a few 10 milers in them and felt fine afterwards! I have bought the Brooks for long runs now though as they are a step up in cushion and comfort.

My favourite shoe is the Boston 8 such a great shoe, light, good lockdown, comfortable and fast, it has boost but feels like a normal foam sole! The grip in them is also great. If you want an interval/race shoe get them, they are narrow so go half size up from normal.

These are most of my non running pairs

stock X / Goat / Vestiare all offer authentication service.

For the Yeezy's, go up a full size. I'm normally a 10. I won the raffle for the Yechai's but they were too tight so resold them on StockX. The subsequent 3 pairs, I went up a full size and they're perfect. I have the cinders and they're a great colourway.

Whereas I go with my normal size for Yeezys with no issues.

I think the general consensus is to go 1/2 a size up.

Full size up for me too even then my Sesames are snug. I also have a pair of triple black V2’s which are half up and are still a little tight.

Also check out if you have any Consignment stores near you, we have two in Manchester which either have in store or can get hold difficult to obtain trainers.

Ah Solar Boosts that's it...I get a decent discount on Adidas outlet via work so may go for them or if not thinking the Brooks Glycerins or Ghosts maybe. I have no race shoes but don't think I'm fit enough to need any!
Plenty of Adidas in that collection I see!

Are you just starting out running then? Not ran in the Brooks yet but will be on Sunday so will let you know how they feel compared to the adidas after that!

Adidas originals yeah, added a few pairs since the photo.

I've done two 5k's previously. I tend to enjoy running outside for the mental side of it rather than competing. Ive also gone through phases of not running at all so trying to be consistent even if I only do a few miles per week to build up my ankle/joint/foot strength etc
