Nipped in to costa for a coffee and had to fight past a woman screaming at the charming "mikado"

She's either named her child after an opera or a chocolate bar, I'm guessing it's the chocolate bar.

Do council people just hear words that they think are exotic or "posh" and decide that is what they'll call their offspring? It's just so odd.

Most definitely.

A friend of mine works for the births & deaths bit of a council & last year a baby was registered with the name of Ocean. Nothing overly odd about that these days, but the child's middle name of Tsunami is unusual to say the least...

I'm utterly convinced there will be someone, somewhere, aged about 3 years old, with "Ebola" as some sort of name - purely because they've heard it on the telly/facebook/radio and thought "Oooh, that's different".

I've said this before: its why the poor and stupid have tattoo's of their children's names (in gothic script for extra class)

so they can remember the made up spellings of said children, when signing on/applying for things.

Frightening how close Harry Enfield came all those years ago with Wayne and Waynetta Slob

Spudulike, Frogmella, Rothmans and Ashtray are names I recall

"Ashtray's a boy's name" hehe

Any guesses on spelling?

I'll go with Soonarmi (cos Sue is common)

I know a girl called Kesheele. Her parents wanted K'shell but had only heard it and don't spell very well.

Oh I'm sure the lady is very knowledgeable politically and named her child after a working class hero:

Are her parents physicists? That's the only reference I can think of but then they would have got the spelling right.

Saw two chavs walking a big rottie type dog.

The dog was wearing an old lacoste t-shirt...

Would have loved a photo but don't think it would have gone down too well.
