Sad to hear your news Peri old chap, I'm very sorry for your loss. Thanks for your sentiments about mine, onwards and upwards is the way to go mate.

Nothing to report on the badger front, the old dog's still keeping a close eye on the garden though. She's found a ball she lost about six months ago so seems quite pleased about that.

Condolences Peri, I too feel you made the right decision, when my nan passed away my dad told me not to go and see her before, I was due to go out to a club I'd not been to, my nan passed that night I was upset that I hadn't been there but my dad reminded me that my nan would have preferred I was out enjoying myself rather than sat waiting for her! Remember that we're all here mate!!!

Sorry, Peri, I'm late with my condolences. I also think you did the right thing. Can't have everyone camped out in the hospital towards the end.

Morning Chaps wavey a beautiful morning down here in the middle of the south, apparently pissing down from tomorrow, which is typical as I'm off from Tuesday to work on the cars!!! grumpy Oh well looks like i'll be fitting it in around the showers and decorating the hobby room/gym!!

Hobby Room Jim? Caught with his trousers down near the Trivton Ladies Alfresco Philately Society's Missing Perforations knees up in 1976? Is he out?

No, no, you're confusing him with Hobby KING Slim, I believe Hobby room Jim is his brother and Hobby room Tim his cousin, a right nefarious bunch of cads if ever there was!!!
I'm now looking at gazebos as I think this is the only way I'm going to get the stuff done that I need to get done, preposterous way of going about stuff, but we can't control the British weather, I know Battert has tried, and failed, but I have to do something!!!!

Not sure hanging around the showers is a very good idea Bobbers, Archdeacon may feel you’re treading on his toes as it were!

Also rather concerned to note the Gym & Hobby room will be closed over Easter, especially as inclement weather is forecast.

These things really need correct planning & consultation with the relevant committee.

Sorry old chap, the decision to renovate the Gym/Hobby room was made at a much higher level than mine (Mrs Bobbers TOLD me to do it!!) although it was pointed out that there's more than enough room in the hangar for the equipment to be set up in there, when I asked about the proximity to the slathering psychotic fruitloop pelican Penrose she merely remarked, "Oh he's ok he won't interfere!" yikes

A nice round 8.0 on the Triv-O-Meter. Good work. Inconvenient, but good from a trivial thread perspective.

Not trivial. Give the operators some warning in future could you? They have to reverse the polarity sharpish and all, needless to say, were snoozing when yours came through. Luckily Battert was passing and managed to step in. He was having a few minutes off from rebuilding his Small Trivton Collider, the world's least successful particle accelerator.
