Outstanding boomer I work next to willen lake.
He knows, ApO, you've been in the drone's sights for ages ever since you came down from your tree some months after The Great Spoon Duel standoff. ![thumbup](/inc/images/thumbup.gif)
It's just coming up to 10:30: Ready now, Brace yourself!

anyone got a trebuchet.
It is rumoured that Bomma has quite a big one that he keeps tucked away. ![idea](/inc/images/idea.gif)
I believe he brings it out for special occasions.
Perhaps if you ask him nicely, he'll give you a go on it.
![wink](/inc/images/wink.gif)
But you'll have to put your back into helping him with the launch.

You're a brave man, Bobbers.
. . . . .
Garage Aged Whisky - another first from the Complementary Neglect Department at Trivial Towers.
*chez moi, it never hangs around long enough
In the misquoted words of the late Gilbert Harding, "I do do consumption, but I don't suffer from it."
Hmmm, I'm not sure about this 25 year old Cutler's Ark.
Better sample another beaker or two...
Oh, and I'm very good at sampling anything with a "Glen" in the name.
Just idly googling away, and I found this little nugget of whisky trivia:
https://coolmaterial.com/food-drink/the-scotch-buc...
All very nice, but some are a little bit pricey at $20k a bottle...
TBH, this drop of Glen Marnoch Speyside that I am currently enjoying is rather lovely, but is disappearing much too rapidly.

I'm just having a bit of a catch up, I see several points have been raised during the evening which require my attention :
Futtette's Suzuki Swift Sport thing isn't silver, it's a orangey reddish colour. I was going to say not unlike Bobbers' Focus, but it's more orange than red really. Think Lucozade rather than rioja.
Secondly, the new toaster is finished in gloss black, jolly nice it looks too. I do have a bit of a reservation with it though, I'll post more about it later.
And finally, yes the trebuchet is alive and well. Probably due for an outing soon I'd have thought.

It burns your Pop Tarts, doesn't it! They jam and smoulder and catch fire, don't they?
And when you press the 'Eject' button, they remain stuck in the bowels of the glossy new toaster, don't they?
Well, all I can say is, it serves you bloody well right for trying to grill Mars bars in the thing, instead of deep frying them like a normal person.
