I've got a new graphics card in my computer now. Everything is so highly defined!
I got a graphic card the other day.

I thought Moonpig didn't accept that kind of image and have no idea why Chunky thought it was my birthday.

The Moonpig main depot is on my way to work, it's a grey tin warehouse.

Oh, the many dreams, loves and happiness that must just vent pleasure from it's industrial chimney.

Aaannndddd I'm home.

A bit less than two and a half hours to do 160 miles isn't so bad, especially as my speed was seriously hampered by the fact it was bucketing down until I crossed the Avon. It dried up in a couple of miles and stayed dry till London biggrin

Is TT GP Publican a role you would consider? Naturally we would accept your word vis a vis your qualifications to perform your duties.
I prescribe a Lagavulin twice daily to reduce the symptoms. If the swelling remains take two aspirin and see the MO.

Morning.

I've sadly just read that Geoff Duke, the TT racer, has passed away. He was a hell of a quick rider, those Nortons and Gileras used to fly.

Another good'un gone.

I was fast akip by then, Alex. Thanks for making the pilgrimage. We'll organise one your way and see if we can entice more TTers out of their grottoes.

That's weird, not realising someone was still alive until you hear they've died.

You would prescribe a small town in Latvia?

Okay.

You're sure a glass of rare single malt wouldn't do it?

Of course, a lagavulin might be an intimate part of a lady's anatomy.

Another possible source of relief.

It's not all that clement down here, pad. I'm glad I stayed here overnight, Junction 33 of the M4 is closed this morning. What a nightmare that must be. The thing with the infrastructure in Wales, as far as I can see, is there are few alternative routes anywhere. Junction 33 has only a southbound exit so, if it's shut, southbound from 34 is country lanes and southbound from 32 is Cardiff.

Yikes.

Mrs Pad had and will have to go to work an hour and a half earlier because even in this weather the tarmacadem boys will be laying down their labours on the very busy A road in town for he next ten days.
This will cause great upset amongst the populace.
