Good job it wasn`t in Shorpe!

The PH swear filter jobby thinks that Shorpe is rude because the word is in the middle of Shorpe laugh

That's probably my mate Trev, he lives in that area. Someone must've spotted him.

Anyhow, did I mention the new toaster's arrived? Nice thing it is, four slice job. Reasonable price too.

I'm going to try some crumpets in it a bit later, see what happens.

Well that's impressive, Shiv. thumbup

You've done a good job to get this far. What colour belt do you get?

I presume Grade 8 is when you start dealing with the Weapons Grade pianos with those fold-down map-holders and ornate flare dispenser/ candelabra things? A lot deadlier than chopsticks. ( Although they can be quite lethal in the hands of a skilled operator. )

By coincidence grades 1 - 8 are applied to toast as well.

8 being inedible to most tastes.

Well done chap!! Do you rock the Richard Clayderman blonde quiff or do you prefer the Liberace sequins and fur? Either way you for right in here at Trivial Towers, there's a need for a pianist in the grand drawing room!!!

Grandbomma has one of those little electronic keyboard things, I can manage a few bars of 'Three Blind Mice' on that. Nothing as accomplished as the Level 7 business of course, more 'Entry Level'.

The new toaster is graduated 1 - 10 on the warming scale, I tried the crumpets on a 5. They could really have done with a bit more so it looks like a Level 7 for them too.

How about that for a coincidence?

The problem with back issues is once you have one it NEVER goes away, it will continue to be an issue for the rest of your life, the easiest way to help it is to first strengthen your core muscles, then your back muscles, specifically Glutes/hip flexors/lower latimus dorsi, without improving your core you have no support with which to improve your posture, which in turn means all the weight transference occurs through your back.A chiropractor will help relieve the muscular tension and manipulate joints, tendons and skeletal issues thus relieving pain and allowing the body to re position itself into the correct place. Physio therapists will stretch, massage and use heat/cold to achieve the same, but, a percentage will be down to the individual doing repetitive stretches and exercises, it usually is best to be seen by both in conjunction. There is no substitute for improving core strength, mobility, weight loss and back strength for improving a back issue. I could bore the st out of people with the journey i went through but i won't, all i'll say is dismiss visiting a chiropractic at your peril!!
I have been suffering back issues for a while, starting around mid 2016. By Feb 2017 I was suffering with sciatica so bad I could barely walk or sit. After a few chiro sessions I was 90% better and got to about 95% by Feb 2018. Then, my back went again just picking something up off the floor. I could hardly move and I had 2 weeks of very bad lower back pain and a return of the sciatica. After 4 or 5 chiro sessions things are better but I am probably about 70% back to normal but it's still hurting. Painkillers take the edge of but I really need to do something to make it better as it is starting to depress me now.
I moved house last year and this year I wanted to do lots of outside work that involves moving slabs, brickwork and shifting a couple of tons of sand/gravel that got delivered last week so the thought of me not being able to get stuck it what is depressing me.
It's my own fault, I am not very good at getting the exercises in my daily routine but its becoming obvious I need to unless I want a lifetime of problems.

I was just thinking of an amalgamation of Level 42 and S Club 7. Food for thought there.

I think I've mentioned it before, but I met a girl in Cyprus who looked a lot like Rachel Wassername from S Club.

I didn't realise it at the time though as it was some years before Rachel was in the public eye.

Could i recommend going to Level 42 in the old Nat West Tower in the City? The view is marvellous. You have to book though. I think the bar is called Vertigo. Many ways to find it in a search.

It has its own lift.
