Looks like United Utilities in the NW are struggling

Be interesting to see how the levels change this week.
Levels down just 3.7% this week. Seems like reserves are fine still.

Didn't stop my muppet neighbour jet washing his car last night.

No signs of any storms here in sunny Bexhill unfortunately. There is a bit of mist rolling in though..

Not a formal one, but we have a request to avoid using hoses and taking baths (linked further up thread). So while he's not breaking the letter of the rules, he is being a bit of a muppet.

Mine spent 4 hours jet washing the patio last night. Must have been thousands and thousands of litres. Not on a meter (obviously!)

Don't worry about a thing, that's not the real temp, just from being parked up. It'll be down to circa 30 after a couple of miles.

I pressure washed our patio a couple of weeks ago, it doesn’t use as much water as you’d think. Mine is 420l/hr maximum so likely a bit less in reality. Not that that’s a defence for ignoring a perfectly reasonable request from the water company.

It's just spray from p1stonhead's neighbour's jet wash.

You told me to go and buy a boat just a couple of months ago. Are you insured? smile
