Massive sadness about Craig Breedlove, but you cannot be too sad when you know a life has been well lived.

The first man to set 400, 500 and 600MPH LSR speeds. And a man who if he had got it sight could have been the first man to break the sound barrier, but thankfully for us Brits our car was perhaps a little better tested, thought out and more reliable.

A great man, a true sportsman, a bit of a showman and a very good engineer considering he built his last car with very little CAD, wind tunnels or stuff it was perhaps one of the prettiest LSR cars ever.

Just reading Lydon's autobiography, he's an interesting amd complicated chap. I have warmed to him even more.

I’m gutted by this. He went on First Dates a few years ago and we didn’t recognise him even after he said he was a former pop star. He came across really, really well. Seemed a lovely guy, who’d been struggling for a long time.

So very sad.

I thought he had turned a corner and the new tour and reunion would have helped if It was self inflicted. May not have been of course as they haven’t said yet

That is a shocker, I listen to the Frank Skinner podcast of his radio show. He was the 3rd leg when I first started listening to it.
