Perhaps it’s only the sink that’s off centre.

What am I missing please?
Stand back to see a photo of JL within the pic.
That certainly didn't help - I just spent 5 mins looking for a John Lewis store concealed somewhere!
Seen it now

If they are both taps? They look different, one might be a handle/lever. The left one is centred with the basin though hehe

I want to love this car but can't/. Screens all over the place adding to thee itch the 2 very obviously separate screens for driver and passenger. Have they not got the message from desktops that multiple screens are not well integrated?

The final irritation is the padded cell interior. As if they have prepared the car for the future owners as only crazy people would buy it.
I get your point but the real genius is when you sit in the drivers seat and they all line up perfectly together. I've had my Taycan 6 months and didn't even realise they were skewiff and off centre!

That said the HVAC and touch controls on the lower screen are a pain for 90% of the things you want to do with it

have you checked your car's value recently?

Not sure what your point is but looks to be at least what I paid for it!

Allegedly a photo of Lime Street Station in Liverpool.

(You may have to stand back a bit to see it.)
Whilst I get the reason behind it, the actual image itself is terrible since the perspective is all off. People in the distance the same size as people in the foreground, in turn stood next to giants to the left.

Certainly makes my teeth itch.

I keep seeing things online about EV depreciation, and Taycans being some of the worse offenders.

Probably because after fe years the batteries ae fked, and to replace them will cost more than the car is worth.

Perhaps cars will become like printers - cheaper to buy a new one than replace the cartridges!

Everything's starting to depreciate more again. The 2020-2022 period was a blip caused by a severe shortage of semiconductors for chips, and a sharp increase in prices of new cars.

Plus you've now got a situation where interest rates have risen substantially so the cost of borrowing (inc. monthly lease payments) has shot RIGHT up, so affordability of (expensive) 2nd hand cars has got noticeably worse.

...and then there's the cost-of-living crisis too.

...so residuals everywhere are taking essentially a triple hit. Especially so for big, discretionary purchases like high-end cars. (& houses - look at the housing market)

I wouldn't point it just at EVs.

I think his point is that Taycan residuals have been hit recently, but then most high end tackle has so it’s not isolated to Taycan’s or EV’s. Maybe the poster gets off on other people’s misfortune, maybe they don’t like EV’s or maybe they have a chip on their shoulder, but I wouldn’t be too bothered.

You’re in a Taycan, it’s a very good car and costs less to run than anything with equivalent performance or driving fun. It’s losing a bit more than an equivalent petrol at the moment but so what, I’m sure it won’t break the bank, enjoy!

This is the teeth-itch thread, not the EV-misinformation thread.

Depends on how many years "fe" is. If, for example, "fe" means fifty he's probably right. biggrin

I meant to say 'a few' but really need a new laptop, this old one keeps mistyping things.

A subtle one here... these are 3 meals from the same range. Why are the cooking options in different orders?!

Might it be suggesting "best" cooking method L-R.
Best meaning that which tastes and/or looks better.

Looks more like someone copy checking the artwork missed this as they checked each one separately.
