The world needs more Borrani wire wheels in my view.

Champers, your colleague wouldn't have a Superfast lurking in his collection, would he? In a booth in the back in the corner in the dark.

Same sort of era.

I think it's a 330 America.

But I have a haphazard memory.

Book suggests its a 250GT 2+2.

Despite it being named "Ferrari,All the cars".....it doesn't have every sub model,as the book would be twice the size.

It's a 250 GTE left hand drive, with beautiful Pininfarina chrome signatures on the front wings smile

Marvellous stuff. Does make me wonder how many cars like that there are, the ones that only 'crawl out of the woodwork' sort of thing every so often.

Lovely stuff Champers, fair made my evening that has. Thanks again chap smile

Unfortunately it was cars like this that were sacrificed to be turned into fake GTOs which are so desirable.

It was also this model that Mr Lamborghini was displeased with and after a fall out with Enzo, started designing and building his eponymous cars.

Mea culpa. The 330 America was a rarity; it was the 250GTE with the later engine. Not as rare as some as 50 were built. An American socialite is buried in hers. That's the trouble acquiring vehicle knowledge from the Society pages.

I'd clean forgotten it's the FA cup final today. I'll need to get some Absinthe and Pringles organised, maybe some pork pie too.

I'll see how it goes.

I usually only watch until the crowd sing Abide With Me. That's enough for me. Marvellous.

Come to think of it, being mindful of the fact it's Chelsea v Arsenal, that's probably about as far as I'll get too.

I see Catchphrase is on ITV at around the same time. Probably have a look at that instead, unless I think of something better in the meantime.

If someone hadn't mentioned it the cup finals at work yesterday I probably wouldn't even noticed - until I wondered why the pubs were so busy...

But as I've had a heads up I think it will be an afternoon in the garden instead

bbq anyone?

For pity's sake, man! Get those ribs marinating, put the beer in the fridge, there's not a moment to lose.

It's quite nice here in Northants. Well the bit I'm in anyhow.

We've had an internet bid of wet in Kent followed by an improvement near Dover.

Any advance on nice in Northants?

It's a sad day in my life for me. The popular fried chicken shop in town no longer lets you opt for extra wings instead of a drink when buying a meal. ontop of that the chicken had no seasoning to it and the drinks were warm. For some reason when the guy opened the fridge to grab one he had to switch it on to open, then he switched it off after closing. (some switch beside the door.

Is this some sort of football tradition that I've never heard of!?
