Met Office are saying the cold front will push through too fast for thunder.

Not much in the south will cling on to heat on Sat.

Pleasantly warm and not muggy here north of Bristol. Which is nice.
29.3 recorded at Heathrow and Northolt... It's warm, but not uncomfortable.

Blessing with this spell is the rapid warm up means houses don't have a chance to really start keeping the heat in before it all ends.

Feels quite cool outside now. Lot of cloud cover now so guess that's going to trap the heat in tonight.
Yep, but there's a lovely breeze

32.4 at Heathrow - there's quite a breeze, which is likely to peg temps back a bit.

And in Denver, there's a heat advisory today for temperatures up to 39C today. Colin should be glad he didn't move here.
Think of the snowstorms though...

2 pleasantly warm days coming up. Increasing storm risk for Thursday.

Low pressure moves in for the weekend (again)
