If everywhere smells of dog st, check your shoes.

Better to be told off than told no.

Take the ticket, ride the ride.

Don't worry about big decisions. The big decisions you make that have the biggest impact on your life are the ones you don't even realise at the time. I met my partner on a flight. I didn't realise that choosing that particular return leg would have the effect it did.

The journey is more important than the destination.

I used to think that was such a nonsense saying but as I got older I realised it’s a great and less stressful way to live your life.
Its with this thought that I'm embarking on my next vehicle project. I have no aspirations to finish it quickly, but I intend to enjoy the process from start to finish and make a thoroughly good job of it.

''The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog.''

Whilst being a pangram, and being used by copy typists for practising their skills since the invention of the typewriter, I consider this was also a Maxim for the young girls of the typists pool?

The phrase was also used to teach us long hand joint up writing in school.

However I was off school sick with something I don’t remember when it was introduced to the class.

It took my teacher a few months to realise my handwriting practice was the weasel fox jumped over the lazy dog.

I still write like a cat pissing in the snow unless I make the effort but never do.

Three that I always heard from my father.

If you want to learn how to do something find a master and watch them.
Near enough isn't.
That'll do won't.

Including the use of possessive pronouns.

Fake it till you make it. TBH I think fake it is bullst. But get your game face on and play the role does work as long as you can back it up with ability in a world where you’re always playing catchup to those born with silver spoons in their gob.

It is never wrong to do the right thing.
A late friend taught me this and whenever I have any doubts about doing something I always think of this.
