Yes, it does point out where the situation differs in Scotland, with the situation regarding drinking in a pub with food being slightly stricter in England and Wales (no accompanying adult needed in Scotland)

Every addict I have ever come across, and I've known a few, wouldn't pay for teaspoons. They just steal them. It's not they chuck their spoons after cooking up anyway, perhaps they should refuse to sell them washing up liquid too.

You would have to be a monumental lightweight of a junky to 'cook up' with a teaspoons worth of mr Brownstone.
