If it’s a 2016 Rioja, then at 7 years old it should be a Grand Reserva not a Crianza., which is a less matured Rioja.

The aging classification remains as it was the day it was bottled. The same way as a spirit. A bottle of Crianza bought ten years ago does not become a Gran Reserva.

The power socket is to plug in the garbage disposal. The black "ferrite core" is a a weight to retract the spray nozzle, fairly standard.

Do you think the ‘u bend’ has been taken off and refitted incorrectly? As it stands, it’s not even functioning as a trap, let alone looking gash.

I don't see how you could assemble it correctly from the parts available in that picture. It is obviously rotated 90deg out.

Agreed. I suspect they replaced the original trap, and bought the wrong type.

You can see the trap is newer than the rest of the pipework

Stayed at at the outlaws in France for Christmas. The bathroom mirror does my OCD every time I visit. The angled roofline doesn't help matters.

That is just terrible, there must be a structural issue why they did it, surely?
