Morning all, mild in Morpeth so far.

Having to sit down a lot today as the old problem is back. I'll see if there any rubber rings on ebay while I'm there...
Sorry to hear the old Chalfonts have reappeared. Have a word with Battert, I'd wager he'll still have a couple of inner tubes from the Massey Ferguson he ran at the 'Pod.

Talking of which, I do like that lime green Capri. Fair takes me back to the days of picking out bits of shredded timing gear from the sump that does grumpy

Apparently Supercar Sunday got too busy..........again.

Too many spotty selfie stick wielding teenagers running around after Shmee and Seen through glass fella or summat.

I didn't apply for Soft top Sunday this weekend but I was going to turn up with last years pass.

I don't know whether to turn up at all now.
I'll be at Wilton House this Sunday. If it's family friendly and has the majority of the same cars then it'll become my default.

I'm veering towards going along to Goodwood but if it turns pear shaped it will be the last ever visit.

Posts in a thread in Goodwood events forum here are saying that it's become somewhere to be seen by knobs, that's not for me.

325 rears? Good Lord. I think I once had some 255's on an old Chevy, I thought they were bloody wide.

Anyhow, had another go with the metal detector. Found a shopping trolley buried on a beach.

How in the name of God does that happen? Does someone really go around digging holes and burying the buggers?

Biggest tyres I've ever had on a car are 225/45 16s ,standard fitment on the Cos.

That's plenty.

I keep finding new pics ,check out my boost level.

Someone enquired about Salon Prive earlier ,a rather classy concours and car show.

So I looked up where and when the Concours of Elegance is this year ,also a bit classy for this bloke but I've been to it before.

It's back at Hampton Court ,which is handy ,tickets aren't cheap and I'm going to need a bath beforehand but I might go in September.

List of entries looks good , as usual.

For what it's worth, there's a chap called Reg who still makes Pasties at the age of 98.

I don't suppose it counts though as he moved to Barnstaple about thirty years ago.

To whom would one refer for adjudication in cases such as this?

One avenue would be to try PIMPS, (Pie Industry Manufacturers & Pasty Suppliers) for a ruling.

I think the bias would lean towards the specific location of the making of them though.

If it's not Cornwall, you're buggered.

Found it. There's a Comparative Age: Makers (Pasty) Ombudsman who operates from a small office in Wardour Street on alternate Wednesdays.

Whose ruling would take precedent? PIMPS or CAMPO? We'll need a further tier of adjudication.

The only other one I know of is the Pastry & Independant Savoury Snack Purveyors Of Torquay.

I fear they may be a little biased though. I wouldn't google it either.
