1) hinge location wrong
2) door selectors missing
3) door closer missing (if a fire door)
4) fire signage missing
5) door closer shown on wrong side of door
6) etc.

The most obvious is the whole assembly (doors / frame) is about an inch to the right when there's no obvious reason why it couldn't be central.

I’m guessing that whoever did the snagging didn’t do a very good job. I’ve made contractors rebuild a whole building wall because of the truly dreadful brickwork and the fact that they were chiselling away bricks because the levels were so far out on the windows!
Retentions in Contracts have real merit when dealing with poor workmanship.
