Update from me!

1 week off the fags now and I'm sold on vaping!
Well done, keep it up. I now two years smoke free.
Biggest change is the disgust towards cigarette smoke. I remember it from stopping once before, but this time it came back almost immediately.

Hi all bit of advice required please, I've been vaping for ages now and have settled on an istick and aspire et-s bvc clearo which suits me as I'm not into all the modding (have hands like feet..)

I've tried the nautilus mini and found it too much of a faff, is there anything out there that's better than the et-s as I'm sure technology has moved on?!!

Thanks.

The nautilus mini you unscrew the base, screw in a coil, fill with juice and screw the base on. No technology and thats the way a lot of tanks work. Ok I have a couple of top fill Kanger tanks but you still need to unscrew the base to fit the coil.

Even the Ego AIO which is probably the best starter kit on the market, still requires you to unscrew the device fit a coil and fill with liquid. There is not anything simpler out there.

Sorry faff isn't the best description. I kept breaking the Nautilus and found them very inconsistent will maybe have another try.

Thanks.

Time to join this thread. Been vaping for over 5 years now, starting with a very basic pen-type setup, through various mech mods and drippers to my current Kangertech Kbox 200 mod and (fresh as of today) Uwell Crown tank. I have to say that the Crown is unbelievably good, having spent quite a while using drippers for their high flavour output I'm really impressed by the flavour from the Crown, easily matches the best setups I've tried before. Currently running the Crown with the dual coil 0.25ohm head at 60 watts.

Top juices for me are any of Vaperfog's extreme double custard (XDC) range, OneHitWonder's Muffin Man (apple pie flavour) and Monas Pantry's Lemonade.

As someone who has vaped a few years now I am blown away by how good the Ego AIO is and all of the batch I imported have now gone - a dozen or so to friends and family and basically anyone who has had a puff on mine and amazed at what it does so simply - its a bargain.

Need something to supplement my XCube II and TFV4 which I tend to use at around 90W on the 0.22 ohm triple coils

Small and light so it doesn't weigh me down when carrying it in my pocket on nights out or at meetings/conferences when I'm carrying it in the pocket of a suit jacket

Any suggestions? Small and light as possible but still sub ohm

Check out the elaf Pico, I am loving mine and has removable battery so if you are using 18650 then there is a cost saving there too

Glad to hear it. Guy at work still reluctant, no pressure to vape, unlike the non smokers, you stink, quit. But I think its the best kit to start with.

Impressed with VapeGoo's service, it arrived today so very speedy. Smells decent I'll pop it in the cupboard for now until I've finished the Heisenberg then give em a go

Quite like that - is the tank that came with it any good or do you use something different?

I'm using the tank that came with it, it's in the picture above. Really like the tank but it is small. I keep a bottle of juice in my bag and just top up as needed but if you can do that it might be an issue. Use and taste wise it's easily as good as my Kanger Subtank. I thought I would put the Subtank on it but I'm so happy with the taste and size of the whole device I haven't bothered.

There are some good reviews of the Pico on YouTube. I got it from a local shop for £39.99. I had to then get a battery as well and will get some spares at somepoint but am very impressed

I ordered an ego aio as recommended above. Ordered some spare coils but they are 1 ohm instead of .6 ohm. Will they still work? Found .5 ohm coils on gearbest later, would they have been better?

It gets better after a week or so, glad you got some. Delivery is usually 2 days at the most.

Cool, I've got a couple of others to work through so I'll let it rest on the airing cupboard for a week or 2. Really impressed with the speed of delivery considering its free. Will try this lot and if it's all good then get more. Have to say they all smell lovely thumbup

A friend has the XCube, my Kbox200 is significantly smaller and lighter whilst still packing twin 18650's. Comfortably get a day out of mine at heavy usage, 2 days if I'm going a bit steadier.

Quite happy to continue using the XCube but have a "pub mod" - ended up buying a "mini volt" kit today on a whim because it looked cool and is TINY.

It's charging at the moment but I tried it out in the shop and it packs a punch when running at 40W on the supplied 0.8ohm coil!

Hello,

Has anyone recommendations for a good, modern clearomiser? I'm using a couple of ileaf/e-stick box mod thingys (20W variable voltage and wattage and a TC40) with Nautilus Mini tanks.

The lower-powered one gives a feeble amount of vapour (the coil reads 1.9 ohm). The TC40 is better but a decent amount of vapour seems to mean a bit of a burnt taste.

I've no experiencs of any of the newer tanks but have heard good things about a few of them, particularly Kangertech ones.I need 510 fitting, unless there are adaptors.

Thanks.
