The pictures say it all, now when's his birthday...I'm sure we could think of something the ex will love.

It went down unbelievably thank you everyone!!!

...the house decended into chaos last night after ralph left- huge row as mother was unhappy he had such a big present.
The true spirit of christmas spiteful womanhood. I mean how is this toy really going to impact on her life negatively? Why can't she just be happy her son has got a fantastic present made by his dad's sweat and tears that he will remember for ever? Emsman old chap, i can't help thinking you're better off without such a selfish self-centred person, maybe then your overall luck would change. wink

Christ, or rather, thank Christ, I'm not with her- she buggered off when jnr was 11 months old. Hence I only see him rarely as she had the grace to move 100 miles away.
Hence my utter loathing.

I thought of you when I typed that biggrin

We thought of that for our nephew for Christmas, but decided it would be a better birthday present - we got him a toy M16 instead (one that fires for 5 minutes after you press the trigger hehe)

He certainly is a great lad- well mannered, eats anything you put in front of him, sleeps all night- couldn't ask for more

With the possible exception of.......refusing to take off his toylander tee shirt and hat, blanks anyone who doesn't call him landrover man, and of course he won't sleep/eat/leave the house/have a bath/get dressed and so on without having his model landrover (thanks ian!) by his side.
In, and the key and landrover keyring must be in his pocket at all times.

Other than that, very proud!!

hmmmm PH road trip - escorting of said toylander from hers to stu - 100miles at 6/7 mph could be a killer though

Not sure if serious smile

Old threads contribute to the whole surely ?

(Maybe not some though)

Edit: on reflection, if it's a reminder of less happy times in general for the OP then fair point.
