Hi gents,

I want to get a pair of casual trainers. Something like Adidas Gazelle/Hamburg or Nike Air Jordan, not tied to any brand etc but that type of thing. Don't want anything too bright and wacky, black or navy probably.

Main thing is I want them to be comfy. I have a pair of Ultraboost's for the summer which i love, but they're a bill chilly at this time of year and I also want something that's a bit more casual rather than looking like I'm about to go for a run.

So, what's the comfiest trainers you've had in that style? Budget circa £100 but don't mind spending a bit more if the comfort makes it worth it!

Cheers
Hi Reggie. Being a bit of a mod, Gazelle OGs (slimmer mid-sole and different toe cap than your standard Gazelles) are my go-to trainer of choice. They're one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn, and can be very versatile.

For me, the normal Gazelles always look a bit 'TK Maxx' to me.

Here are the OGs:
I'm with you on that - OGs all the way.

Especially in blue with white details.
I had a pair in triple white, lost one of them on a night out, those were the days laugh

I've always hated the ones with the white sole.

Much prefer a gum sole

Thanks for all the further replies. Ordered a pair of AF1 on weds eve from the Nike store, woke up Thursday morning to see the Nike store advertising to me on Facebook their new 20% sale. Oh well!

Love those gazelles with the gum soles!

I’ve seen you’ve gone for AF1’s (which personally I find too clumpy to be comfy) but these would’ve fitted the brief. I’ve looked at them once and now get constant targeted ads laugh
Bloody beautiful, and I’m not really a NB guy!

yes Do it! The Wabi Sabi pack is great looking and I've genuinely fallen in love with the design of the 574 since buying a pair. I'd recommend a half or a full size larger than what you're used to.

Not that I'm encouraging you to buy them, or anything like that. hehe

Missed the q's. They are on Nike. They were well hidden. And with Birthday discount 60 quid (ish). So bought some matching hoodies.
