Openreach engineers have been to my house this afternoon to investigate the intermittent broadband.
The cable running down the outside of the house to the interior junction box has been replaced. It was only about 45 years old but apparently had become aged.
Broadband is now stable and running at around 75 motorbits per second, up from anywhere between 0 and 30 mbps.
Can you tell how much faster my posts are?

Not sure whether Glenrobbo has a stutter or my broadband is still intermittent.
When I offered the openreach engineers cups of coffee, one of them asked for tea. He said he took it with milk and no sugar. He didn’t say if he wanted it with tea.

a (rather attractive) woman sat opposite me on the 15min train ride home today. kept looking at me back and forth, didn't look at anyone else. I've got a abit of a belly, but i also casually lift (compound movements, not isolated crap), so i guess look kind of stocky.
I thought to myself..was my fly undone?no. did i have crap on my face, or clothes? No. Did it look like i had a boner at the time? No. hair a mess? no. Did i sit on a dirty/wet seat? no.
she even looked over at me a couple of times after i had stood up whilst awaiting the train to stop at my destination.
perhaps I reminded her of someone. I guess ill never know.

I didn’t hear about the promotion, maybe the email got lost when the engineers had my broadband cable unplugged whilst they drank tea.
