I’ve been on a self enforced ban from picking up any new sneakers so far this year (it got a bit silly last year ), but having picked up a BMW M2C towards end 2020, I had to have the End x Adidas Continental 80 MIG ‘German Engineeing’ which arrived today. Really happy with these
Wow amazing! Bet your pleased with them! Saw them on end but decided not to go for them purely due to price, thats assuming I won the raffle

Ooh, when? Never owned a pair of Napoli but they aren't a million miles apart from the Milano, albeit with D-rings like a Trimm-Trab. think I'm interested for the Milano is probably my favourite silhouette.
Edit: Oh, going by @deadstock_utopia on Twitter the photos seem to be of a 1970s variant of Napoli rather than the one I was expecting.
Wiens are out next week for general release but there are a few raffles going on incase you want an earlier guarantee.Edit: Oh, going by @deadstock_utopia on Twitter the photos seem to be of a 1970s variant of Napoli rather than the one I was expecting.

Great States/Clyde/Basket/Suede info. Filled in a couple of little gaps for me in my knowledge there, cheers. Up until the last few years, I wore loads of these Puma variants (no MIJ though) and they're all really, really good. Quality is a notch above most other stuff for the price point, certainly under £70/80
I love the geekery of it all.. pages and pages lost on Crooked Tongues back in the day of all the discrepancies between models/factories. TheJimi said:
Puma are criminally underrated at the moment, imo.
Very true. I dug out a couple of old snaps - first shows what went wrong after 04:
Top left: 2006 Clyde
Top right: 1992 Clyde
Bottom left: 2009 Suede
Bottom right: 1989 Suede
You can see a clear difference from silky smooth curve to a stubby lumpiness on the newer shoes - they don’t make ‘em like they used to!
Next up, the pair that threw even the nerdiest of Puma Heads: My 1993ish Puma States.
The CS 09/03 indicates the model year (Sept 03), but these are in a >93 box with a resale receipt from 99.
Remember above States are UK/Euro release? These have the US size perforated in the tongue. That doesn’t happen.
The puma cat is at the end of the lettering, not jumping it. That doesn’t happen.
And they’re not branded STATES on the shoe. That doesn’t happen.
They also have a suede sole.
After much discussion these were agreed as a very very early States, before States had established itself.
Whatever they are, they’re damn cool. Whilst I’d generally say trainers are for wearing, these are beyond grails for me and I can’t see it ever happening. Whilst people went nuts for a similar MIJ model many years later, they’d have completely overlooked these, and I’m more than okay with that.
Those States are stunners! The fact they go against the grain on so many details just makes them that much cooler. I didn't even know they had a different sole to the Suede! Great knowledge on the shapes of the toe-box as well: part of the appeal of those Pumas to me is that they always seem to have a gorgeous shape. Knowing what I do now, I'll be keeping an eye out for a pair in the sales.
The closest I have is a pair of Puma Suede S, which seem slightly different again. They're a bit chunkier with a padded tongue and rubber tongue tag. I imagine the S must suggest it's a skate shoe? They've got that lovely round toe though so I'm not complaining. I am, however, quite taken with the cleverness of running the lace under the tongue tag.

I've always liked Puma. I've bought 4 pairs of Fast Riders this year.
The love stems from only ever wearing Puma King football boots.
Best boots ever made.

Tried them. Had a few different versions. Always returned to Kings.I bought boots like I do trainers.
Most boots these days are bloody awful aesthetically.

This seems like the best place to ask..bit of help please if anyone can? My daughter is looking for Jordan high top 1 (whatever that means)trainers in black or grey, size 7. Apparently they’re really hard to find. Is there a decent, genuine website we can order them from?
There's hundreds of variants. Some common. Some rare. Some well priced. Some really expensive.Google Air Jordan 1 high and you'll see what I mean.
What's her favourite colour?
