Have done a search but have not found a reference to it.

Is this for real or a fake? A basic Google did not throw much up.

I was unconvinced too - in fact, this thread was one of the few relevant Google results... why is why I'm now replying here.
There's a Facebook group (not 'Page') called Get Steven Home, which provides legitimate links to a Radio 4 interview, a BBC London News article (since taken off YouTube but available elsewhere) and local press reports. Somewhat shockingly, it does seem genuine.

Ah right. Heck I even copied and pasted the name to avoid spelling mistakes! Ta BVG. The main reason I posted this was that after reading the How autistic are you? thread, I was keen to know how those who took part in that thread would read/react to this and how many would go on to sign the petition.
