Actually, I forgot. My wife found a picture of the house from around the turn of the century. You can see part of the house with the people outside on the left back. Someone made a list of previous owners on a print out for us, I'll see if I can identify them.

Sorry for the delay, life has been getting in the way.

Short story is, wife moved out in Jan, new girlfriend moved in with her young daughter a few weeks ago. Young daughter spoke of a an old woman in the house, much like my son did. Girlfriend has felt the bed moving, twice (we are really struggling to work this one out!). She felt a hand run down her back when she was in bed with me (it wasn’t me!), she had a knock at the toilet door when she was alone, nothing there.

Just an odd one that she is experiencing similar things. She’s a complete sceptic, before anyone asks !

The children hadn’t met at that point, and they are only young (nearly 3 and 4). Just a strange coincidence.

I lived alone for 6 months and the place was absolutely silent, apart from when the children stayed with me. Then there would be noises that I couldn’t explain (they were in the same room as me, the noises were elsewhere). I saw the door move on its own. Nothing extreme.

One odd one for me was waking up and seeing a face next to my girlfriend that floated away and went through the door. I’m happy to believe that one was me being half asleep! Final one, yesterday, girlfriend saw a grinning girl behind me for a split second (not her daughter).

I did chuckle. She’s actually met someone who raced cars and does read on here, even if they don’t post. Hello!

Just to be clear, I’m really not trying to stir up comments or make huge fight on here. I just know that there have been consistent things going on since I moved in and I’m still yet to provide a “normal” answer for them all.

A neighbour of mine is a photographer. He took these at a country house. Interesting pics.

Not saying it couldn’t be replicated, but have no reason to believe it was a lie. He is a photographer and primarily takes photos for estate agents.
