DPD can't help - the Liverpool depot aren't accepting any parcels. No way to escalate this or have an exception made considering the contents.
The pharmacy can't help as it's a controlled drug, so can't release any more.
Seems a rather silly situation to be placed in through no fault of my own - I know DPD also deliver a lot of perishables, so their claims for January are going to be astronomical I'd imagine.

I think they’re prioritising the perishable stuff to avoid that situation. A friend had a turkey sent out on 23 Dec for delivery on Christmas Eve and it was there by noon. I ordered some stuff from Nike on 26 Dec. Estimated delivery was 3 Jan, but it’s turned up with DPD today.

No possibility of contact (I've tried every which way and found they are very good at preventing dialogue) and the package has been at the Crawley Depot since the 12th according to the tracking number.
DPD vans have been coming to the area every day including to my house - delivering for AMAZON.

From this day forward I will refuse any parcel from them and cancel any order I discover using this company.
