Easily opening jars that my wife's been struggling with.
Fixing things.
Building things
Letting rip with a curry fart that's so repellent even the dog leaves the room.
Using power tools.
Visiting trade/parts counters.
Setting fire to things.
Cutting down trees/bushes/hedges.

Checking my toilet area every morning to see if it's all still there. If it is then I'm manly for the day once more.

There is, of course, always an empty can of Red Bull in the car for when I'm feeling particularly inadequate

Really? Although it's a great exercise, planking seems very popular with the flat cocks in my gym, more so than the men actually.

In the gym, the ultimate "manly" exercise wold have to be pull ups or dead lifting with decent weight.

Checking the fluids, oil & tyres pressures on a car always feels manly.
