Making someone collect their ladders?
Discussion
Friend of a workmate did my carport roof as a homer. It was leaking along part of the seam and after many excuses from week to week I even explicitly told him I couldn't wait any longer to get it re-sealed past one Sunday recently. Low and behold, despite this, no text, no call, no him. I told him I had to get someone else to finish the job and yet more excuses come out saying I didn't need to do that.
I've asked him to pick his ladder up twice in the past week and no reply. I have no need for them so what's the best way to get his attention?

How have you asked him twice with no reply? Via text?
Call the bloke
Text, like all previous communication he's had no problem replying to. And fk him, I was already far too nice. 28th November is when he did the car port roof and just 3 weeks ago was when I said I wouldn't wait any longer to get the seam resealed. In hindsight I obviously shouldn't have let it drag for so long but he seemed a decent guy and as a workmate's mate, I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Call the bloke
