Ebay scams - a way to expose them?

Is this the way forward if eBay can't sort themselves out? - maybe the ad is genuine but the text looks like it was lifted from somewhere...

SCAM!!!!!!
So the counter-ad is right he must be that seller that was doing the ford parts that were never sent or were substituted for scrap parts - wasn't there something about a scam with an 'ex Senna' FF chassis being advertised from Yorkshire a while back?
Looking at the bids and previous items etc it seems the bidder with no feedback is probably the seller
There's even a contact phone number on the ad - he may get some calls now
