WTF ?
Lad at work has just returned from Oz with one of these things on his wrist..
So, as per PH, we all start ripping into him, suggesting he's turned ghey and that it looks like a dainty ladies watch.
So, he keeps on pestering me to try it on, so he can show me what it does. Resisiting the temptation to look a t
t, I finally gave in.
Free of the band, I was instructed to stand with feet together and my hands cupped backwards. He then pushes down on my firm palm and I lose balance and fall. Expected.
Then we try the excercise with the Power Band on my wrist. fk ME, no matter how much he pushed on my palm, I stayed upright and he couldn't topple me. 
Placebo ? God knows - but I'm seriously impressed.
