EMP pulse?

Ok this might sound random (could also be the last thing i write!)

Its seems like Folkestone has just been hit with an EMP pulse? All my electrics just went off, phone shutdown (i was on it at time) and my sky box seems fked......

paranoia?

What could it have been?


also two cars have just stopped/ cruised to halt outside, owners scratching heads, not starting????

So no one can answer it then other then a power cut. (which would not effect a car or my mobile)

Right then you bunch of tossers. All the banks locked them selves down in folkestone breifly and we have been expirenceing massive power surges this morning apprently. Just been "out and about" and half the traffic lights in folkestone are down, sainsburys is trying to restart its generators due to a power cut followed by power a surge earlier which knocked them out.

I popped into Halfrauds for some oil and there where two customers suffering seemingly complete electrical failour in there cars. Its buggered there instrument displays up for no known reason. happened at the same time...ish

So we HAVE had some strong electrical interferance here and it knocked my mobile phone out, which is very weird imho.

So we had a power cut/surge/cut/surge, but i have never expirenced one that affects a mobile.

I'll go and get in my lead lined bunker now just to please you all.
