Really depressed
Discussion
Right I've thought of a good way to describe this, I used to run marathons and you get to the point where you feel you can't carry on, but you have people on the pavement all cheering you on and shouting encourage and it lifts you up and you find the strength, this is the effect you guys have on me on a daily basis

Hi Robster,
I just logged on after a long stty day in work and seeing your post brought me a lot of joy (made my day in fact). I know it wasn't easy so good on you, shows the inner strength you have. Be proud of yourself, because everyone reading your updates is proud of you.
Thanks
Pat
That's very kind and also makes my day , I'm trying to be strong , but it's the care here that's made a massive difference, I will be strong again!I just logged on after a long stty day in work and seeing your post brought me a lot of joy (made my day in fact). So hopefully this will encourage people , but through the support and kindness of everyone , I've got up, done my cv, arranged counciling , update LinkedIn profile , went food shopping , can't belive the energy I have had today and it's down to you guys!
You should also give yourself the credit for trying so hard and helping yourself. You are doing absolutely amazing and showing real drive and determination to pick yourself up. Muchos kudos to you bro Since I can't sleep a quick update , had 6 questionnaires emailed to me from the online counsling, found it quite sobering, but was good to be honest , can't help thinking how amazing we live in a country that can offer these services for free, got a nice message from the person who will be helping me so that's nice , all new to me. But determined to smash this illness!
Wow what a day of mixed emotions ,ups and downs, went to the bank there was a fire alarm so everyone queuing outside,I couldn't handle the stress of who was going to get served first and my place in the queue I had to leave, that's a new one for me, work phoned although they have my sick notes they need to talk to me,can't face phoning them though. Then had a call from mental health service, they had visited whilst I was out,the positive I'm taking out of it is that they don't think my case is severe enough for their dept, they deal with extreme cases, so I'm going to do concentrate on the cbt

Having a st day myself to be honest, just one of those days where nothing seems to be going right Bought Forza H3, didn't check the min specs and it wont run on my computer, took 45 minutes to get round them M4 J5 roundabout due to completely selfish fking aholes blocking the junctions causing gridlock, updated my phone and the browser wouldn't work so had to hard reset and to top it off got a headache from the stress. Might go for a stroll round Staines at lunch to clear my head.
Not sure that's depression!Gassing Station | Health Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
