Done it today fatso. And unless you've had a stellar week, you're miles behind me now.
Chippy dinner for me tonight!
its ok, I'm a welsh lad. Like the rugby team, I'm a second half winner Chippy dinner for me tonight!
Smokey you are well ahead, for now
as mentioned above, lots of us will be struggling. The weather also doesn't help with motivation.
i've got a double marathon in 3 and a bit months, and even that isnt keeping me from sitting in my new comfy chairs and type on here. I also have a fully working garage gym with lots of kit and a 24/7 pure gym membership...

It's worth investigating your train of thought
I think my post explains my train of thought quite explicitly?I mean this in the most collaborative way, I'm personally always willing to be challenged or challenge research like I posted earlier in the thread. It may contain unreasonable bias or incorrect conclusions and ideally it could be challenged in a reasonable way.
I’ve been evening fasting & have lowered calories as of late due as doing a lot less exercise (new born, masters degree, 3 dogs etc).
I’m not unhappy with my current weight 5’11/14st 5 but will aim to lose a little fat around my waist. Currently in 34 trousers and should be in 32.

Pizza for dinner tonight. Still no electricity at home. No confident for it being back on tomorrow either.
Having to eat out is great, but rubbish for weight loss.
I don't mind.... The gap might close... Tonight I resisted temptation to eat something at 8.30pm.... it was hard, but I abstainedHaving to eat out is great, but rubbish for weight loss.

For S&G, here's a link to my race report from the Running thread: https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&...
Definitely look forward to it, but definitely train well for it or it'll be a world of pain. The second half is harder than the first.

I'm still very impressed by those who've avoided alcohol this year so far.
I've been better this week, only once in the pub and no take aways. Relatively good eating most days as well.
Down this week which is a nice change from the last few weeks.

I don’t really know how it happened, but this last week + a day I lost 5.4lbs taking me to 200.6lbs.
I haven’t been 200lbs or under for quite some time.
Another 16.6lbs to go!
excellent work! I haven’t been 200lbs or under for quite some time.
Another 16.6lbs to go!
I didn't expect positivity from this thread
