Boxing Day I was 99.6kg, last Tuesday I was 97.7 and today im 96.0. Down 1.7kg this week. That leaves me 6kg to go over the next 12 weeks. It’s doable. Next week I should be under 15 stone.

18st 3.8 this morning, 1.2lb in a week I’m happy with however I did a curry in the slow cooker yesterday (while I was home) so I was hungry all damn day and ate a bit too much I think!

Either way, a loss is a loss!

Didn’t move this week at all (still bang on 14st) which is a miracle considering the diet! Must be better this week.

15st 11lbs this morning, so a 5.6lbs loss. Suspect the first week is always a bigger loss.

Did 30+ miles on my bike last week and a rather good 5.5m walk with Mrs B yesterday.

75.6 kg as of last night. Bit up at 76.8 kg this morning which just goes to show the variability of weighing. It's more about attitude and overall trend though.

I'd give myself a 5/10 this week. Some good days, so exercise but still some Xmas chocolate and a couple of bad meals. Not awful but lots of room for improvement. Gym today and steamed fish tonight.

I was down to 101.2kg on Saturday morning and didn't fair too badly over the weekend, nicely motivated for the gym by the purchase of some new gym trainers so should see good progress this week as well!

108.3 on Thursday morning down to 106.85 this morning, I've seen a reduction every day on the scales, although it was only 50 g this morning due to no real exercise yesterday.

I have a fairly lofty target of <95 kg but my first 'milestone' will be 105 kg signalling 'only' 10 kg to go.

Well done all so far.

I have got down to 204 lb, so 4lb loss for week 1. Only another 9lb to go to reach my lowest weight for last year 195lb in Oct. it’s great to see the scales moving the right way.

No of a piggy weekend for me. At my partners and don't want to foist my puritanical dieting on her! Can't use that as an excuse as no one makes me eat the quantity I do though!!

Back to normal today - will weigh myself after work but before dinner tomorrow and log a weight in

No change for me, still hovering in the 85 to 85.8kg band.

Diet has been good but too many artificial sweeteners this last week and I don’t think they’re very good for you. Back in Ketosis now so a big push next week and some intermittent fasting should see 83kg by the end of the month.

Serves me right though, we had quite a few cans of cider and Guinness leftover from Christmas taking up room in the fridge. So I polished them off. They're gone now and won't be getting replaced.

fk it and bugger it, as well.

I'm starting this challenge at 94.6, meaning I've put on 5kg in the three weeks over Christmas.

Oh well. Target for q1 is 84.6.

Joining again this year, will try and stick with it this time.

08/01 91.4kg, did a 5k run tonight, the first time in quite a while I've been out for one. Killer.
