"Normal" T levels vary massively from one person to another, and you have to interpret total T and Free T numbers properly.
If you dont have low T symptoms, you wont notice any difference from increasing it within normal ranges - you have to get stupid and take steroids (which increase T by orders of magnitude over normal levels)
