42 and wilting. I tell a lie. I've never been better. Life is pretty amazing at the moment even though my dad died 6 months ago and my mum's in hospital! I don't mean because of the inheritance.

I'm approaching 50, yet I'm in the best shape of my life.
I have worn 32" jeans in my 20's, 34 in my 30's and about 2 years ago I was on the verge of buying 36".
That was enough for the hard work to begin, I now wear a 30 jean, I have a reasonably low body fat I'm fit and healthy, and to some degree it is becoming a life style.
My only problem is a food binge about every 2 months which lasts about a week but even that is just quantity not rubbish.

Will it last, who knows but I'm quite pleased to have done 2 consistent years of it.

Good job

Although 30" label jeans all measure about 32" these days!

Drives me nuts.

I've been a 30 since my early 20's (35 now) and a few weeks ago l bought a pair of 28 waist jeans from GAP!

The same day I tried on a pair of 30's from another two different shops and they were painted on me.

FFS!

Nothing is going well with me frown
Think I'm ill frown

Got blood tests that need doing, speaking with doctor about everything that's wrong with me recently on 23rd for diagnosis of what could be the matter.

Lifts have been going down, I feel like st and been going to toilet 4-5 times a day, rarely solid. Lastly the worst for me, sex drive is non existent!
Also temperature was 35.5 earlier too.

Hope they can fix me, not liking this at all :/

Low temp is a sign of a low metabolism.

Thinking about your post history you do seem susceptible to colds etc. Could you be overdoing it?

Why not have a good, long break from the gym. Eat healthily and cut the crap out including alcohol, junk food etc. smile

No? I haven't been ill in a long time, last time anything seriously wrong was 6 years ago.
During winter I'll get a runny nose like anyone else but that's it.

I don't drink, take away is once a week max, sometimes once every 2 weeks.

I'm doing my last session tomorrow then taking time off until end of next week where I'll review how I feel.

Went to doctors this morning who was very eager to get my trousers off wink
He was ruling out cancer but that woke me up this morning, shame it wasn't the fit nurse who was watching but at least I'm clear.
I'm having some more bloods done on Monday and if that doesn't show anything I'll have to have a colonoscopy frown
