I am looking to take a zinc and a magnesium supplement, but I haven't looked at prices yet as to separate and ZMA products.
Also, a friend bought me a magnesium supp, not added it yet, but it's a dropper so it'll get added to my daily gloop.

Double shot coffee and a banana! smile
Probably. I think the 'proper' ones were banned a while back anyway.

Probably better to do your own;
caffeine tabs
beta-alanine
Citrulline
l-theanine
beetroot juice

and if you can get it...some Ephedrine :radar:

Caffeine + Eph gets my vote, though anything with DMAA (eg old Jack3d) trumps that by a mile.

I can still get the old Jack3d too, but it's expensive now....
Is it still made?sonar

I wondered about old stock, I didn't think there could be that much left, how much of a price increase are we talking?

Yes yes but did you gain anything from it? Taken as a preworkout or during the day sometime as apparently it doesn't matter when as long as you take it daily.
I believe so.
Examine says take it anytime, the tub says 20 mins before exercise. I notice the tingling then, as well as feeling warmer. I exercise fasted, fed, with cherry juice, without...I try out various things, so I'm not 100%, but I reckon I get an extra squeak on the last reps. I have plateaued since getting back into it, but not totally. ANd I still seem to be able to make progress on exercises. I think the stuff like beta helps.
I am also doing other stuff as well though, my blends etc.

Conclusion
In resistance-trained young men who do not significantly alter their training regimen, consuming a high protein diet (2.6 to 3.3 g/kg/day) over a 4-month period has no effect on blood lipids or markers of renal and hepatic function. Nor were there any changes in performance or body composition. This is the first crossover trial using resistance-trained subjects in which the elevation of protein intake to over four times the recommended dietary allowance has shown no harmful effects.

Nice.
