Its all about the diet, its gonna be tough to do what you want, id usually advice a slow build up starting off with controlling portion size and increasing water/liquid intake. But to do what your asking you pretty much have to starve yourself, 1400 calories a day, every single day.
my top tips are
drink plenty of water,
take multi-vitamins,
Eat breakfast,
cut out starchy/sugary carbs (bread, sweets, pasta, rice)
eat protein foods when you feel hungry, (you'd be surprised by the effect of eating a boiled egg for example)
veg soups etc are filling and glow in calories, but wont make your brain feel full
Herbs and spices have no calories.
You are going to feel the sugar craving, the craving for processed sugars, for greasy foods, you will dream about food, day dream about food. The toughest part is the mental battle, but you can do this, you just need to be stubborn with yourself concentrate on your goals and celebrate every success, don't dwell on the negatives keep pushing yourself forward.
Exercise will supercharge your weight loss BUT it gonna hurt, low calories and exercise is tough and you cant lose weight via exercise alone.
You need to embrace and enjoy the feeling of being hungry, this needs to become your natural state, feeling hungry with your goal means that its working. You also need to realise that food is no longer a thing of joy or emotion, it is just a fuel, eat what you need to and can stomach to reach your goal
Also you will plateau keep at it, weight doesn't come off in a uniform manner it comes off in dribs and drabs, a better indicator than weight is waist size.

People often say how they've plateaued and starvation mode has kicked in. If you stay focused, there's no such thing as starvation mode.
I was going to post a photo of an anorexic woman but the photos are so depressingly grim that I decided if you want to see an actual skinny woman (rather than someone who is fit who borderline obese women call skinny), you can just google "anorexic woman" and click images yourself.
I found cutting out the "c"'s helped me,
chips, coke, crisps, cheese, "cookies" (I know), chocolate , cream and cakes (pastry) and carbs.
Pastry, I've since found out, is the food of satan and one of the worst foodstuffs you can eat if trying to diet, apparently.
My diet changed and was stuff like a meal replacement shake for breakfast, tomatoes on toast or poached egg on raw sliced tomatoes for dinner, home made carrot soup or a bowl of chopped tomatoes with curry powder for tea.
I'd also eat every 2 to 3 hours, either a grapefruit, apple or a handful of olives.
Coupled with going to the gym and doing 2 to 5k cardio a day three times a week helped me easily lose a stone within 4 weeks. I did lose some rapidly then plateaued for a while, then it started to come off again.

No I wasn't suggesting that was the reason most people are overweight. I was pointing out that if you want to lose weight quickly you need to smart about what you eat and avoid anything processed as they have hidden calories and crap in them.

Yes and no, calorie deficit is the actual process of losing weight (your body burning fat reserves), but the mental battle is sustaining that deficit, you could just lean into it but some foods make you feel hungry and some foods make you feel full (its all in the brain its nothing to do with your stomach) eating the foods that make you feel full makes it a hell of a lot easier, funnily enough the foods that make you feel full are unprocessed, protein rich foods like egg, nuts, yoghurt, cuts of meat etc. Hoofy said:
