i have been using lensaway for a few years, never had a problem and the lens i get are the exact same as i did from my optician for easily less than half the price

I used to buy from "1-800-contacts" when I lived in the UK, downside is the shipping time from the USA, when the exchange rate was better I was buying 90 days worth of Acuvue's for $30 including shipping. Now I just buy from our optician (Lenscrafters) since they price match with anyone and have the lenses in stock.

I am wondering about lasik eye surgery though...

Anyone had this done?

Silly question

Where does everybody get their aftercare. These companies cannot legally supply you, if you do not have a valid prescription within a certain timescale.

I spoke to my opticians about it, and they said they could either include free eyecare/checkups if I bought lenses through them or I could come to them as and when and they'd charge the normal price

Works well for me. Order a week before you need them, as they come from Jersey and rely on the GB post.
