Most people are still on here I think. I'm cutting now as well. It's bleak after a winter of boozing and not eating very cleanly.
I find it hard to eat below 2500 per day!
Back on the 38kgs for dumbbell press!
Nice feeling.
I think all my strength levels are back to what they were pre my 4 month gym break, so it's nice to finally get back there. Downside is that i've neglected diet somewhat in order to do that, but now got a chance to spend next 3 months cutting and getting in shape for summer.

Sketchy improvised Box jumps (two benches, one reebok step and a pile of weight plates on top)

Deadlifts
3 x 8 at 175kg
OH Press
3 x 8 at 65kg
Dips
3 x 8 at 50kg
Pull overs
3 x 10 at 37.5kg
I've done two round of 5,6,7,8 reps on my primary lifts now, which is about 4/5 weeks worth. Considering a deload next week with some box squats and rackpulls instead.
Oly lifting tomorrow though

Squats 5x10@60kg
2 nice new squat racks have been installed in the refurb... One chap was using it for T bar rows with the rack being used to wedge the barbell in the corner... I politely asked if he could try doing it somewhere else so I could squat... Apparently is was the only 'safe' place in the whole gym. tt.
He then proceeded to spend as long as humanly possible fking about before wandering off and leaving everything on the floor when finished.
I was not amused. Angry lifting is good though
