Not much really changed my end, working legs in religiously every week and I weigh almost 100kgs despite wanting to drop some kilos for summer (started to use MFP again to keep me in line!). Deadlifts haven't gone up but I don't do them that often any more, squat feels stronger and bench similar or a bit stronger.

Start with some hill sprints at the weekend if today's leg session hasn't destroyed me.

Most people are still on here I think. I'm cutting now as well. It's bleak after a winter of boozing and not eating very cleanly.

I find it hard to eat below 2500 per day!

Back on the 38kgs for dumbbell press!

Nice feeling.

I think all my strength levels are back to what they were pre my 4 month gym break, so it's nice to finally get back there. Downside is that i've neglected diet somewhat in order to do that, but now got a chance to spend next 3 months cutting and getting in shape for summer.

OT Anyone going to BodyPower?

Yes, the wife and I have booked our tickets (had them some time) hoping to draw on a bit of inspiration and motivation.

I'm comfortable in the knowledge i'll be the smallest and weakest person there hehe

For those of you who use kettlebells, this may be of interest to you.
I know a member on here struggled for heavier weight and another member asked where to buy heavier ones?
Just seen this on a strongman group im in which may help.
Buy a strongman duckwalk such as https://www.strengthshop.co.uk/strongman-equipment...
then load plates on and swing!

5x3reps 90kg Deadlift.

I cheated myself and didn't do my bench. Probably felt abit insecure doing it during peak time. boxedin

Sketchy improvised Box jumps (two benches, one reebok step and a pile of weight plates on top)
3 x 5

Deadlifts
3 x 8 at 175kg

OH Press
3 x 8 at 65kg

Dips
3 x 8 at 50kg

Pull overs
3 x 10 at 37.5kg

I've done two round of 5,6,7,8 reps on my primary lifts now, which is about 4/5 weeks worth. Considering a deload next week with some box squats and rackpulls instead.

Oly lifting tomorrow though

Quickly popped in to the gym on the way into work

Leg Press 5x12@120kg
Leg Ext. 5x10@55kg
Leg Curl 5x10@45kg
Squats 5x10@60kg

2 nice new squat racks have been installed in the refurb... One chap was using it for T bar rows with the rack being used to wedge the barbell in the corner... I politely asked if he could try doing it somewhere else so I could squat... Apparently is was the only 'safe' place in the whole gym. tt.

He then proceeded to spend as long as humanly possible fking about before wandering off and leaving everything on the floor when finished.

I was not amused. Angry lifting is good though hehe
