Can’t believe anyone is still doing a test for it.
Can’t believe that anyone is so self centred not to realise that many people have to still test….people like me who have to visit my mother in a cancer ward and would prefer not to pass on a bug that might kill her and the other patients in the ward.Bobtherallyfan said:

Not self centred but why would anyone test that doesn’t need to? And as a matter of interest do you test for flu/colds and any other of the myriad of conditions that someone with a weak immune system may succumb to?Edited by craig1912 on Saturday 4th March 22:52

I've never had cv19, well enough to get he tested. Am I rare it seems the people who had it get it again.
As far as I am aware I have also never had CV19,have had a bit of a blocked nose but never tested as it was exactly same symptoms as last time which was before CV19 was even heard ofcraig1912 said:

You said 'anyone' in your first post. You now move onto 'doesn't need to'. There's a big difference.
You also suggest 'as a matter of interest'. Are you really interested in my particular problems? Or are you just trying to make a point?

It is weird. My brother got it once after his family got it. His wife who is vulnerable has had it the second time. All jabbed up.
Nothing weird. It’s been confirmed by Pfizer etc. that the jabs don’t prevent spread or capture of the virus, rather there is quite significant evidence that the jabs can have negative impact your immune system and that there are significant health risks associated with the jabs. The recent release of government communications confirms they knew the chance of dying from it was minimal. All a big con (polite term) I’m afraid except for a few vulnerable people and even then some Vit D and weight loss would have done far more good than a jab or 6.

The vaccine is pretty much obsolete against the current variant, as at best you will be 'vaccinated' against the spike protein of the original Omicron variant(Nov 2021), while the current spike protein will have mutated many times since then.Despite the mutations, previous infection(s) will be doing the heavy lifting to fight the virus as the immune system would have been exposed to the whole virus (all 28 proteins)

First google cites thishttps://www.reuters.com/article/factcheck-pfizer-v...
A recent study in U.S. prisons, for example, found that vaccinated people who experience an Omicron breakthrough infection still have lower odds of passing the virus to their contacts

Not getting into a debate as just googled what you wrote, but I'm pretty sure it has an verifiable impact on spread as a by product of jabs.

It sounds like an odd thing for them to say.
Second time around here - pulled a positive test on Fri AM. Only tested as I was just about to embark on a trip to see vulnerable parents and was surprised to see it was Covid vs a sniffle.
Partner also tested positive but a far less aggressive line on hers. She's barely got any symptoms and is happily on the spin bike every morning.
For me, it's pretty mild symptoms aside from heavy coughing bouts in the middle of the night.
It's scuppered plans for attending a conference this week.
I'm curious about the morals here as I suspect I/we caught it at similar work events last week.
I'm giving myself the ethics that whilst my symptoms may be mild they won't be the same for others I may come into contact with so I'll just stay home and retest in a couple of days before seeing people.

Are you saying that Pfizer has said that their vaccine is no good whatsoever and in fact detrimental.
It sounds like an odd thing for them to say.
From the routers link I posted it seems like fake news. If is odd really why so many people believe what is put on Facebook and the like. I do think people have become more gullible. It sounds like an odd thing for them to say.
