I've got an average sized frame, I'm very lean as I play a lot of sport, and I've got long arms and legs. I curl 14 kg dumb bells and chest press 22kg either side (3x8 reps).
Whats your Squat and dead Lift?Curling is not a good measurement, and your Bench should be more.
Again not sure what my squat and dead lift are.

Keep at it, keep your metabolism going by eating every two hours, just divide the food your currently eating, avoid the carbs before bed, liquidizing your food with some added water will stave your appetite between meals better, hot spicy food also boosts your metabolic rate (not by much though)
20 mins low impact exercise in the morning before breky will get your system working good for the day.
if your older your Testosterone may need a little boost too, there are natural ways of doing this with amino acids, email me if you want the info (tip from Arny in his day )

Ok, maybe feeling a tad over weight at the moment (or a lot, this I will find out)
I'm 6ft 4 and weigh 16st 10lbs - I have never been small frame wise (36" waist now) and doubt I could EVER get into a 32" waist as my waist (pelvis) bones are too wide.
So over the last 2 weeks I have been reducing my daily intake of calories to 1500 and fat intake is low too.
I tend to eat in a day
1 Bowl of cereal - semi skimmed milk
1 coffee
1 Snack - i.e fruit & something low fat, maybe low fat Yog etc
Tea - Something healthy around 7-800 calories - low fat intake
Before bed - 1 glass of semi skimmed milk, 1 low fat Yog , 1 Biscuit
Now I know some will say cut out the biscuit etc but I am still way under recommended level's eating the above.
Am I destined to stay this weight or am I doing something wrong?
I want to lose a stone - a stone and a half...
I'm just over 6'4" and was around 17 stone for years. Have been eating better, drinking less beer and exercising more and am now about 15 stone (and much fitter). I don't see me ever being much lighter. I've always had a 17.5" neck, even when I was 21 and 13 stone!I'm 6ft 4 and weigh 16st 10lbs - I have never been small frame wise (36" waist now) and doubt I could EVER get into a 32" waist as my waist (pelvis) bones are too wide.

I'm around a 36" waist, 35" would be better, 34's are too tight to be comfy.

6 foot dead... and about 20 stone. (the proverbial "brick st house" with a 54" chest/ 40 waist)
My problem is I tend not eat breakfast or lunch, then get home from work have tea and chill out. I have a very active job walking about 10+ miles a day (stop-starting) since starting the job about 8 months ago I've lost something like 2 stone.
Signed up to a Gym last week (was gutted i was working away this week) so looking forward to hitting that hard. I'm very active at the weekends, and not your typical fatty. (can easliy out sprint 90% of my team mates)
Need to get my food right now, just a shame i like most the things that are bad for me (booze not being one of them)
No offence, but are you honestly saying you don't eat breakfast or lunch, have dinner, but still weigh 20 stone? Are you eating snacks throughout the day?My problem is I tend not eat breakfast or lunch, then get home from work have tea and chill out. I'm 6ft 3 and 14st 2, I beleive in starting the day with a good breakfast usually fruit, muller light yogurt, granary bread and plently of water, for lunch I like to eat light as eating stodgy stuff in the day slows me down then for evening meal I have whatever I like but the key for me is drinking plenty of water through the day. I train two or three times a week with a good mix of cardio and weights, for the times when I don't feel like going that evening I will usually eat two bananas another muller light yogurt, half an hour later I'm ready to workout!
5 foot 7 and 10.5 stone. Come in with a 30" waist and a 37" chest. I do hit the gym quite a lot and have just gotten myself a new mountain bike to start cycling and build up my cardio system. Having said that I rode 4 miles today at a good pace. Big ring all the way, and was plesantly surprised. Especially considering the heat and I was a full bouncer.
I think it depends on body type a lot. My OH eats whatever he likes and can't put on any weight. He is a wiry build and is lighter than most on here but very muscly.
I come from a fmaily of larger boned people - we have big feet and hands etc and we just look at food and put on weight. All the men on my side of the fmaily are rugby players - all over 6ft.
You can't fight your basic body type - you have to work with it. For me that means a low carb diet, exercise and very small portions.

Do agree to a degree. But I think the person has a lot of control, and usually you can change your body to what you want with the right diet exercise.I come from a fmaily of larger boned people - we have big feet and hands etc and we just look at food and put on weight.
